Cauliflower Pizza!

I am obsessed with Trader Joe's, and one of my favorite items to purchase is their frozen cauliflower pizza crust. I top it with jarred marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese - it is SO tasty!

Update 2/15/19:

I found these awesome cauliflower pizza crusts in the refrigerated section at Lucky's Market last weekend. They are two small, soft crusts made out of cauliflower, Parmesan and eggs. I topped them with vodka sauce and some shredded cheese. Yum!
