Recent Weeknight Dinners!

1. Sauteed Mexican blue shrimp with baby asparagus and brussel sprouts:




2. Fig toast - toasted ciabatta rounds with melty brie and sliced dried figs. Perfect with a nice Cabernet!


3. Ground turkey bolognese! I like to top it over spaghetti squash. Yum!
