Ricotta Cookies!

I love baking cookies, and these ricotta cookies are one of my favorite recipes. Thanks to the whipped ricotta cheese, the cookies are not overly sweet and pillowy soft! I had some extra butterfly containers so I put these colorful spring-themed cookies inside to take to Giuliana's teachers.
