Brio!

Now I normally do not like "chain" or "franchise" restaurants, preferring local, mom&pop type places, or "hole in the walls" - however there are some notable exceptions to this rule, Brio being one of them. I really enjoy the food and wine at Brio, so I never turn down a chance to go! In this case, we were celebrating my beloved godmother's birthday.

There is one appetizer I always order, and that is the spicy shrimp and eggplant, YUM!
