Pulled Jackfruit!

I had seen recipes for jackfruit across Facebook and some vegetarian or vegan blogs that I follow, and it always intrigued me. Some people make pulled jackfruit to reciprocate the flavors and textures of pulled pork. When I saw the cans of jackfruit at Trader Joe's, I decided to make pulled jackfruit sandwiches for a friends dinner I hosted one Sunday night.
