I had a fun lunch with my mom at the Coopers Hawk up in Palm Beach Gardens mall over winter break.

I have posted about this place before, and I keep going and bringing new friends to experience it, because it is just SO fun! A Napa-style wine tasting room in South Florida shouldn't be a rarity - but it is for some reason!
This place is also serious about food in their restaurant. My favorite dish on the menu is their shrimp and scallop risotto - it is to die for! And I am a risotto snob! The chicken lettuce wraps appetizer was also very tasty!
