It's no secret that I am a huge fan of the Cooper's Hawk restaurants. Half wine tasting bar, half delicious restaurant - what's not to love?
My husband and I went with another couple, great friends of ours, for a belated birthday celebration and we had a great time. The Brussels sprouts appetizer with mint is the perfect way to start off the night, along with a wine sampling of their Cabernets and Merlots.
For entrees we had the shrimp and scallop risotto, along with lobster ravioli. The tiramisu was the best sweet ending to the meal!
