Salmon Cakes!

No recipe to link here ... I had leftover baked salom filets, and leftover sauteed portobello mushrooms marsala. I chopped up the salmon and mushrooms, added an egg, Dijon mustard, breadcrumbs, and formed them into little patties that I sauteed in olive oil. Yum!
