Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins!

I usually kick off pumpkin season the first week of September ... even though it is 99 degrees outside and raining on a daily basis here in lovely South Florida!

I don't let the heat or humidity hold me back from having my pumpkin love fest all fall/winter long. We had a hurricane scare (Dorian) so I decided to bake one of my old standbys ... pumpkin muffins with a delectable, creamy cream cheese center. Yum!
