Starting with Giada's Turkey Meatballs!
Variation: I baked the meatballs instead of cooking them on the stove. For the sauce, I roasted some tomatoes in olive oil and then pureed them with cream, garlic, and red wine. Simple and delicious!

I saw these on My Baking Addiction and knew I had to make them very very soon, Chocolate Chip Muffins!

ReplyDeleteBTW thank you so much for your kind comment and the encouraging quotes on the blog for my mission trip! (I love Paulo Coehlo--I've read The Alchemist, and have The Witch of Portabello lined up on my list!) They meant so much to me!
Thanks Ann! I wish you a safe trip too :) And you're very welcome! I find Paulo Coelho to have the most inspirational quotes ever. The Witch of Portabello is my favorite of his, but check out Eleven Minutes and The Zahir too! You can't go wrong with him! :)
