One day I need to count how many quiche posts I have on this blog. I just love making quiche! My favorite is mini quiche baked up in a cupcake pan, but on occasion my mom will request a full size quiche for a specific party or get together. They're both just as easy to make, and I love how you can customize the flavors based on the contents of your fridge, or even your leftovers!
In this case, I had some pie crust and leftover sausage and spinach to add.
